CenBank History
The State
Bank of Buffalo Lake opened for business in 1893. The bank is
still open at it's original location on Main Street, but in a
newer facility and under the name CenBank.
With the name
change,in September 1994, CenBank added an office in Ortonville.
CenBank of Ortonville was formerly known as Tri-County State Bank.
Tri-County opened their doors for business in 1954 on Main Street
in Ortonville. The bank operated there for 20 years and then moved
to our current location on 1st Street. The joining of the two
banks has allowed for much growth and many technological changes.
We look forward to the challenges that the future holds.
